Michelle, owner, is a NASM C-PT, National Association of Speed and Explosion specialist, Womans Fitness Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist, Youth Exericse Specialist and an orthopedic physical therapist assistant. She believes proper movement patterns are the base of success and are the key to injury prevention & sustainability. With over over a decade of experience, & programming based on scientific research, she has found strength training can not only make you stronger physically, but also mentally.

What are your business hours?
Monday through Thursday 9AM-6PM. Hours do change seasonally. Special requests are considered for ealier or later availability, as well as Friday availability.
Personal Training is so expensive! How can I afford it?
Health is a personal responsibility and an investment, not an expense. My goal is to educate & empower clients to become independant & create new life style habits that they will use throughout their whole life. Individual sessions start at 90$/60 mins. Small group personal training is 55% cheaper per person than individual sessions. Bulk session packages could provide up to an 80$ discount, and online programming is a great option to make sessions affordable yet still personal and customizable.
Can I get a full refund?
There are no refunds on any purchases, including package purchases. Please be open in your expectations, goals and commitment so I can make your experience the best possible.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
At this time, cash, check and electronic payments such as venmo, zelle and paypal are accepted.
